Katie took the classic look downtown!

I enjoyed meeting Katie, and shooting her session in a way that made you feel like you were at Cantigny, but we weren't. I was impressed by her planning for the session, and heard a little bit about her shopping for senior pictures. ( Who needs a reason... but so nice to have one! ) I love her eyes, and love her relaxed look in the grass. What a goregous girl!

Michael is rocking it like a rocker

I first met Michael when came to his friend Alex's viewing, I knew right away it was he was being with excitment to book his own session just as soon as it was time. It was no surprise his mom called and asked some questions, and no surprise they then booked him a Ryan - the Rocker session. So I had met him before, but when I saw him again I could not get over how absolutely adorable he was. I am not sure if it was the sun or the fact that he was super excited for his session but his eyes just seemed to shine. For Michael's session, I really pushed myself to give him locations that were boyish and also places I had never shot before and really had him in mind when I picked them. I can not tell you how in love I am with each of his shots! It was hard to pick.

Claire and her sis are Album Cover Material!

I had so much fun with Claire, her sister Natalie and her fantastic mom Debbie. I loved chatting it up with them and hearing what their up to in life. I love the mother daughter bond of course, and seeing these girls blossom and be embraced by a mom such as real and cool as Debbie was so fun. I look forward to Natalie's shoot when she's a senior and many of their friends in the meantime! I love the green make up on Claire, and her cute laughter, and love that super hot black dress too!

Yep, your seeing Double!

So this has been a crazy week so far as far as shooting, because Wednesday it rained, and we just kept on shooting and hung out in the rain and mist anyway and it was great. Corrine & Heather are the first set of twins I ever photographed so that was great. I also had the pleasure of hanging out with their loving parents too, I think it would be amazing to have twins myself so I think it's neat to see parents that have done it and done it well. Just look at these gorgeous girls. Also thanks to Sophie for hanging out with me all day!

Rebecca is Captivating in her Sofia Session

Rebecca was ideal to photograph, because she was calm, her inner beauty shown through and her sweet spirit blossomed before me. I loved her clothes, I like spending time with each client and checking out their outfits and planning what they'll wear when, and I loved that part with her when she first arrived. Ahh... and look at this green dress, so classic, so garden, it's very English Garden, she is as perfect as a statue. I also loved hanging out with her mom Sandra, hearing a little bit about their family. I especially loved her excitement about the shots I was getting of Rebecca, I love when my clients are happy with me, but what I love most is when they love what I love! :) What a fun shoot.

Gretchen is a Sofia Super Star

I loved hanging out with Gretchen. Nothing like a day that doesn't go as smoothly as you expected to show you someone's true colors. And what we saw of Gretchen on this day, was exactly the way she's handled her whole life. This girl has triumphed over some big battles and I was so pleased to meet her, to hear her story, and so honored she picked me to photograph her, her story and the passion in her heart. Your Life is YOUR art, I am just the lucky girl that gets to capture it!

And she is just as gorgeous in and as she is out!

Kate is a Classic Beauty

Kate was the last of my third shoots on Wednesday. Yes it's been hot, here in the burbs. Danada House was a perfect spot to photograph Kate. Look at her eyes! This down to earth girl was relaxed and fun to work with. Plus I loved seeing her with her mom, I love the mother daughter bond that I got to witness.
